Ingredients:
- 1 Tin of Baby Abalone (13–30 pieces per can)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2/3 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup Cornflour
- 2.5ml Smoked Paprika
- 2.5ml Smoked Chilli Flakes
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, chilli flakes, and salt.
- Roll the abalone in the cornflour, then dip it into the beaten egg, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
- Deep fry the abalone in warm oil for about 10 seconds, or until golden brown.
- Serve with a dip of your choice.
