Ingredients:
- 1 kg Live/Unfrozen Baby Abalone (still in the shell)
- 2 Sprigs of Thyme
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Butter (not margarine)
- Smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Steam the abalone in their shells for exactly 4 minutes.
- Allow the abalone to cool, then clean them.
- Brown the butter in a pan and infuse it with thyme.
- Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the abalone and sprinkle with spices.
- Fry the abalone in the pan for 1 minute, then serve.
